Man shot, two others stabbed at party in South Monterey County
Shots were fired after a group of unwanted guests showed up to a party in San Lucas, south of King City.
Monterey County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to Main Street and Rosa Street around 3:12 a.m. on July 2. When deputies arrived they found a man suffering from two gunshot wounds to the chest and another man had been beaten up. Two other men were stabbed during the fight and taken to the hospital.
The Sheriff’s Office said it’s unclear if the incident is gang related at this time. The victims are being treated at local hospitals and are in stable condition. Investigators said the victims were not cooperative and deputies were unable to get a lot of information at the scene.
