Two dead in head on collision near King City
According to the California Highway Patrol, Monday at about 10:26 a.m. the driver of a brown Ford pickup truck was traveling south in the fast lane of US 101, south of Bradley Road when the driver lost control, crossed the divide and went head on into a 2010 Honda Civic.
The adult female in the Honda and her passenger were properly seat belted however died on impact. After the initial impact between the Ford and the Honda, a Toyota Corolla traveling northbound on Highway 101 behind the Honda also collided with the Ford causing minor damage to the Toyota.
All three people in the Ford sustained minor injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
