SWAT and Salinas police arrest a man in Chinatown
One man is in jail after being caught with drugs in Chinatown.
Salinas police detectives and SWAT served a search warrant Thursday morning on Bridge Street.
18-year-old Kris Purcell was then arrested for possession of heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine for sale.
Officers also seized cash and packaging.
