Three people sent to hospital following four-car collision

California Highway Patrol is now investigating a four-car collision that caused early morning delays Tuesday.

According to CHP, the driver of an Acura was trying to pass on Hall Road when they sideswiped a pickup truck and then collided head on into a car during the morning commute Tuesday. Following the impact, the car was then knocked into the other lane where it was T-boned by another car. Three people have been transported to the hospital. No word on their condition. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
