Two arrested in Pacific Grove face numerous charges
Two people arrested in Pacific Grove for violating probation are facing a number of charges.
Various agencies in Monterey County helped detectives in the Peninsula Regional Violence and Narcotics Team (PRVNT) search the 400 block of Grand Avenue in Pacific Grove just before noon Thursday.
Detectives said they found five guns, ammunition, about 2 grams of methamphetamine, narcotics paraphernalia and more than 20 morphine pills.
Detectives said four of the guns were reported stolen out of Monterey.
Herbert Stevenson, 46, of Pacific Grove was arrested for violating his probation and other charges.
Stevenson was booked into jail and his bail was set at $72,500.
Also arrested was 40-year-old Lorien Weaver of Pacific Grove.
According to detectives Weaver was also arrested for violating her probation and is now facing various charges.
Weaver was booked into jail and her bail was set at $32,500.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the case to contact them.
