At least 12 homes flooded in Paradise Park, Residents urged to evacuate

At least a dozen homes are flooded at Paradise Park in Santa Cruz County Tuesday night, according to the park manager.

Water levels at the river have passed 20 feet. Flood stage is at 16.5 feet.The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning. The Santa Cruz County Office of Emergency Services is alerting residents to leave their homes for higher ground. Flooding is expected to last until midnight.
