Highway 1 reopens after crash in Monterey

UPDATE 12/29/16 4:43 PM: The northbound lanes of Highway One between Carmel and Monterey are now open, and traffic moving slowly following a crash earlier this afternoon.

ORIGINAL STORY: The northbound lanes of Highway One, north of the Holman Bridge between Monterey and Carmel, are closed.

Monterey Fire officials tell KION a rollover accident caused the shutdown.
