Morgan Hill man sought for assault

Police are looking for a Morgan Hill man suspected of assaulting a neighbor with a baseball bat.

Morgan Hill police responded to reports of fight between two men in the 200 block of Oak Grove Court on December 9, 2016. One caller said the suspect, Mark Weber, 47, had killed his neighbor with a bat.

When police arrived, they found a male victim in his home, suffering from major injuries. He was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for possible life threatening injuries.

Police say Weber fled the scene and is still at large.

Weber is considered armed and dangerous. Police say you should not attempt to approach Weber. If you spot him, call 9-1-1 immediately and provide your exact location, as well as any physical description of Weber.
