State launches voter info app
Californians can now check their voter status, find their polling place location and view the state’s Quick Guide to Propositions. The information is available on the recently-launched Vote California smartphone app.
“Voters can access important election information at their fingertips with the new Vote California app,” said Secretary of State Alex Padilla in a statement. “Whether you need to look up your polling place, check your voter status or learn about what’s on the ballot, this app is another tool voters can use to get informed before the November 8 General Election.”
The free app was developed by the California Secretary of State’s office and is available for iPhone and Android users.
