UPDATE: Three arrested in Capitola drive-by shooting Thursday night
UPDATE 6/17/16 1:42 PM: Capitola Police said a drive-by shooting happened just after 5pm Thursday at Opal Cliff Drive and Portola Drive. Officers said one person was shot and taken to the hospital.
The suspect car got away and ended up near 49th Avenue, where police said one suspect ran off but was later arrested.
Officers said the driver then ended up near Soquel High School, the school was put on lockdown for a short amount of time.
That’s where two suspects were eventually arrested, after hiding behind some buildings on campus.
Anthony Hernandez, Patrick Diaz and a 14-year-old were arrested, according to Police.
UPDATE 6/16/16 10:29 P.M.: The search for several suspects in a drive-by shooting has come to an end in Capitola.
According to Capitola Police, people living in the search area are safe.
The shooting is still under investigation. Few details are being released on the suspects involved.

Multiple police agencies in Santa Cruz County are investigating a drive-by shooting reported near Portola Dr. and Opal Cliff Dr. in Capitola just before 5:30pm Thursday night, according to county dispatchers.
Officers report they are looking for several suspects who got out of a car and ran near 49th Ave. in Capitola.
We’re also hearing one victim has been taken to the hospital. Police said they are searching for those suspects near Soquel High School, which was put on lockdown.
They also report several other suspects are already in custody. This story will be updated when more information becomes available.
