UPDATE: Wildfire near Hollister fully contained

UPDATE 11:05 PM: Cal Fire crews have fully contained a wildfire that sparked southwest of Hollister near Cienega Road.

Cal Fire crews are fighting a wildfire burning near Cienega Road, southwest of Hollister.

Cal Fire spokesperson Jonathan Pangburn tells KION the fire started Friday afternoon and has burned about 30 acres of dry grass. About 70 firefighters are on the scene, along with seven engines, air attack planes and a helicopter.

Crews from the San Benito County Fire Department are assisting.
