UPDATE: PG&E has restored power to over 1,000 customers on the Central Coast

UPDATE 12/13/15 9:33 PM: Pacific Gas and Electric company officials said they have restored power to over 1,000 customers on the Central Coast, who were left in the dark after Sunday’s storm. But, over 200 are still without power.

PG&E officials said Santa Cruz County continues to have the most outages.

PG&E officials have not given an estimated restoration time.

PREVIOUS STORY: Hundreds of people are without power on the Central Coast after strong winds and rain stormed in Sunday morning.

Pacific Gas and Electric company officials said 1,395 customers are in the dark as of 1:00 p.m.

Areas with the most outages include Santa Cruz, Soquel, Aptos and Moss Landing.

Moss Landing-140

Scotts Valley-15

Salinas-18

PG&E officials said they are working as quickly to restore power. There is still no word on a restoration time.
