UPDATED 11/4/15 12:25a.m: Here is a look at the Semi-Final Official Report 03 for the county of Monterey city, school and special district elections. This is the last report of election night. Next report due Monday, November 9, 2015.

Greenfield Measure V (A continuation of a measure already in place, adding a 1 cent sales tax. Funds are generally for police, fire response and city maintenance. The current measure is set to expire in 2017. )

YES: 67.81%

NO: 32.19%

Greenfield Measure W (An additional 3/4 cent sales tax on top of 1 cent to improve public safety, create youth programs and re-establish code enforcement. If passed, the additional tax would last for five years.)

YES: 59.45%

NO: 40.55 %

Guadalupe Ruiz Gilpas: 67.26%

Adella Lujan: 30.04%

Rogelio Perez: 2.69%

Salinas City Elementary School District Trustee Area 4

Amy Ish: 43.54%

Frank Garden: 24.70%

Stacey Wilson: 16.35%

Janet Barnes: 15.41 %

Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Division 3

Molly Evans: 54.31%

Jeff Gorman: 45.69%
