Prostitution arrest made at massage parlor in Monterey

An investigation is underway, after a prostitution sting in Monterey Thursday afternoon.

It happened at approximately 1:00 p.m., when detectives with the Peninsula Regional Violence and Narcotics Team (PRVNT) conducted a prostitution sting at the Classic Massage on the 900 block of Cass Street.

PRVNT then arrested San Tee, a 36-year-old female from New York for prostitution. She was taken to the Monterey County Jail.

Detectives said they are investigating a possible human trafficking aspect to this case.
