Man robbed at knife point Monday morning in Watsonville

Watsonville Police are investigating an armed robbery case that happened in the 100 block of Union St. just after midnight Monday.

Police said a 50-year-old man was robbed at knife point after being at El Tenampa Club with two male suspects.

Investigators said the two suspects, 35 to 40-years-old, lured the man behind the club, held a knife to his throat and demanded money from his wallet.

The suspects reportedly got away an older while Honda Accord and both were wearing blue shorts and white tank tops, according to police. Officers said the area was search extensively and the suspects were not located.
