Soquel crash closes Old San Jose Road

Santa Cruz CHP said around 2:30 p.m. a motorcyclist and a driver crashed at Old San Jose Road and Greystone Way in Soquel.

All lanes on Old San Jose Road are closed.

Officers said the motorcyclist was seriously hurt in the crash, his leg was partially cut off. They also said the driver of the car doesn’t appear to be hurt and may be elderly.

The motorcyclist is being taken to the hospital.
