Caltrans: Lane of Highway 1 in Santa Cruz blocked due to crash

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION) Caltrans reports that a lane of Highway 1 in the Santa Cruz area is blocked following a crash.

The agency said the southbound right lane is blocked near Soquel Avenue.

Drivers are being told to expect major delays.
