Traffic incident shuts down Soquel Avenue in Santa Cruz
Santa Cruz police are urging drivers to avoid Soquel Avenue between Park Way and Trevethan for several hours due to a traffic accident.
Police say a vehicle collision on Soquel Avenue and severed a PG&E pole.
Police anticipate the repair to take several hours.
A detour has been set up.
Alternate Route:
Westbound Soquel: Right on Park Way, left on Almena, left onto Trevethan back to Soquel Ave.
Eastbound Soquel: Left on Trevethan, right on Almena and right onto Park Way back to Soquel.
