Man arrested for pointing pistol, yelling at people
Salinas police arrested a man for pointing a pistol at people and yelling at them.
They arrested Rene Vasquez near Siever St. early Thursday morning.
The loaded pistol was found under a nearby car.
Vasquez is on felony probation for a prior conviction involving guns and gang affiliation.
