Manhunt Monday: December 29, 2014
Ryan Michael Scott is a white male adult, who is 33 years old.
He is 6′ tall, 200 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes.
Scott has tattoos of Chinese characters on right side of neck and the words “Salinas” and “XIV” on his left forearm.
Scott struck the victim in the head with a metal flashlight causing serious injuries. The victim was admitted to the hospital in critical condition.
He is known to frequent various locations in East Salinas. He is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Schwener at 758-7276 or by email at kenneths@ci.salinas.ca.us.
