Advisory lifted at Asilomar Beach

Monterey County health officials on Wednesday lifted the health advisory at Asilomar Beach.

The Pacific Grove beach previously was posted with an advisory because of high indicator bacteria found in samples taken Monday. New samples taken Wednesday showed indicator bacteria was back to a safe level for recreational water contact in accordance with state guidelines.
