Western Stage at Hartnell College gets $90,000 grant

The theater at Hartnell College has just received a two-year, $90,000 grant.

The grant from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation will support The Western Stage in terms of scholarships, productions, programming and community outreach.

The Western Stage, founded in 1974, has evolved into one of the most respected regional theaters on the central coast, according to Hartnell officials.
