Salinas man sentenced for driving under the influence with underage passenger
A 20-year-old Salinas man has been sentenced to 180 days in Monterey County Jail for driving under the influence of drugs with an underage passenger.
Pablo Arechiga was convicted by jury of driving under the influence of drugs, using or being under the influence of a drug and causing the endangerment of a child.
Deputies spotted Arechiga weaving on San Miguel Canyon Road on March 24, 2013 with a 14-year-old passenger.
Deputies pulled him over and determined he had alcohol, marijuana and cocaine in his system.
