Grass fire reported on Cachagua Road in Carmel Valley
Crews are responding to reports of a grass fire on Cachagua Road in the Carmel Valley Tuesday afternoon.
The fire was reported around 12:30 p.m. near Parrot Ranch Road. The fire was eventually controlled, but power lines remained down in the area.
An estimated 850 people in the vicinity were without power for about four hours, according to PG&E.
Most customers had their power restored by about 5p.m.
