Monterey senior living facility festoons law with giant American flag
A local senior living home has decorated its entire lawn in honor of July 4th.
The staff at The Park Lane in Monterey estimate it took about nine hours to paint the giant flag on their back lawn.
It’s a tradition at the facility, but it almost didn’t get done this year because of funding issues.
Fortunately, donations came in.
Isaac’s Painting donated the paint and the sprayer was donated by Hare Construction.
