14 Dogs Rescued From Car in Monterey

3 14 dogs and puppies were rescued today in monterey—by the spca for monterey county! ### they were found in crates inside the back of a car!### the 4 adult dogs and 10 puppies, all pomeranians and chihuahuas, couldn’t even stand up straight!### as many as four were kept in each crate! ### when questioned, the owner said she could “‘sell the puppies for $2,000 dollars in carmel.”
