Santa Cruz County sex offender check ups
Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a sex offender compliance check last Friday throughout the county.
Deputies conduct these checks on a regular basis to ensure that sex offenders are meeting the requirements of their convictions and sentences.
The sweep was done all over the county and 16 registered sex offenders were contacted. Some of these check ups have led to additional investigations.
