Sukhwinder Singh is wanted for failure to appear in a Monterey County Superior Court on charges of assault with deadly weapon.

Sukhwinder assaulted the victim with a wooden mop handle causing severe injuries to the victims head and face, said police.

Warren Edward Wishard is wanted for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and causing injury.
