Monterey police look for suspect accused of cashing a stolen check

MONTEREY, Calif. (KION) The Monterey Police Department is looking for a suspect accused of fraudulently cashing a stolen check.

Police said that in early August, some items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in Monterey, and the next day, the person in the photo was seen cashing the check at a bank in Marina.
