Carmel Valley resident dies in crash near Mid-Valley Shopping Center
CARMEL VALLEY, Calif. (KION) A 70-year-old Carmel Valley resident died in a crash near the Mid-Valley Shopping Center Thursday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The driver was heading west in a Lexus SUV west of Selfridge Lane when the vehicle rolled over and off of an embankment. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The CHP has not released any more information about the victim, but that person was the only one in the vehicle.
