Hollister opening first ice skating rink in city

The city of Hollister will be opening its first-ever ice skating rink for the holiday season.

Council member Rolan Resendiz said the city council approved it unanimously. Admission will be $5 for a child and $10 for an adult. The opening date has not been publicly announced yet.

Resendiz also said the lights in downtown Hollister will be staying up year-round.
