Aptos man killed when bike went off cliff
An Aptos man died Friday after he went off a cliff while he was riding a bicycle.
Santa Cruz police and firefighters responded to W. Cliff Drive and David Way after the incident was reported. When they arrived, they found 58-year-old Robert Bradfield injured under the edge of the cliff. Crews tried to give medical help, but he was pronounced dead.
Traffic investigators are looking into the incident, but police do not believe there was any foul play.
