Scotts Valley Police looking for car thief
Scotts Valley, Calif. (KION) The Scotts Valley Police Department is looking for a man who stole a car out of a resident's driveway just prior to the area being evacuated.
As you can see, the suspect appears to be a male in grey sweatpants, a black sweatshirt and a black beanie.
