How to help: Find ways to help people impacted by the Central Coast wildfires

CENTRAL COAST, Calif. (KION) Thousands of people in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties have been told to leave their homes due to the CZU August Lightning Complex Fires, River Fire, Carmel Fire and Dolan Fire.

Since evacuations began, others have come forward looking for ways to help evacuees. These are some of the ways you can offer help:

Monterey County

Donate to the Monterey County Fire Relief Fund here.

Donate to the SPCA for Monterey County here.

Santa Cruz County

Bring donations to the Santa Cruz County Warehouse at 1082 Emeline in Santa Cruz. Find a list of what is needed here.

Donate through the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County here.

Donate pet food and supplies to the Santa CruzCounty SPCA at 2685 Chanticleer Avenue, Santa Cruz or donate through the link here.

State of California
