Videographer catches Beirut explosion on camera while taking wedding photos

BEIRUT (KION and CBS) A wedding videographer captured a massive explosion at a warehouse in Beirut on camera while a bride posed on her wedding day.

The bride, Dr. Israa Seblani, is seen standing in a square near the wedding venue, Le Gray Hotel, in downtown Beirut. When the videographer pans down to her bouquet and bottom of her veil, the explosion can be seen and heard as the bouquet and bottom of her dress are blown away.

The bride is then led away and the video captures the aftermath of the explosion, including damage to buildings and smoke in the street.

The blast killed at least 100 people and nearly 4,000 were injured, but officials say the toll is expected to rise.
