Man in stolen tractor takes Santa Cruz CHP on low speed chase

SANTA CRUZ, Calif.--Sunday night, CHP officers in Santa Cruz were kept busy after spotting a John Deere tractor on Highway 17.

Officers say it was going 15 mph with no lights on.

They say the driver refused to pull over and a "very low speed pursuit" ensued for about 10 minutes.

When the driver stopped, he was arrested for DUI and tractor theft.
