City of Gonzales installing “Little Free Pantry” boxes throughout community to feed those in need

The City of Gonzales has started installing Little Free Pantry boxes throughout the community, thanks to donations.

They say this is a great way for neighbors to help other neighbors in need.

Currently, they can be found on the corners of Belden & Ninth Streets and Belden & A Streets, with more coming soon.

If you are able to help, you're asked to help keep the pantries full by placing the following items inside-- Canned foods: Tomato products, spaghetti sauce, broth, soups, stews, beans, vegetables, tuna & chicken Dry goods: Pasta, noodles, rice, beans, oatmeal, peanut butter.
