Suspect in custody after crashing into Toro Fire Station

SALINAS, Calif. (KION) A suspect is in custody after crashing a small SUV into a Monterey County Regional Fire District fire station.

The department said someone took their SUV and crashed it through a door at the Toro Fire Station and into a fire engine Wednesday night.

The person reportedly caused about 20,000 dollars in damage.

The incident was caught on camera.
