Warriors to host Nets in empty stadium amid coronavirus concerns
San Francisco's Mayor London Breed banned large gatherings of 1,000 people or more as the coronavirus threat continues.
Because of this, the Golden State Warriors will reportedly host the Brooklyn Nets Thursday night, but without fans at the Chase Center.
This news comes from New York Times' Mark Stein.
The Warriors were urged to enact this safety measure before Tuesday night’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers but chose instead to allow fans to attend.
Fans with tickets to this game will receive a refund in the amount paid.
