Salinas Police: Car set on fire Tuesday night has been vandalized before

SALINAS, Calif. (KION) Police said a car that was set on fire in Salinas Tuesday night has been vandalized before.

Officers responded to the fire on the 1300 block of Arthur Court at around 7 p.m. after the victim reported it.

According to police, a suspect was seen pouring something on the car before setting it on fire, but they have not identified a suspect.

The car belongs to a person who lives on that street, and police said it is not the first time it has been vandalized.
