Capitola DMV to be temporarily closed on June 13

CAPITOLA, Calif. (KION) - The Capitola DMV will temporarily close for renovations starting on Friday, June 13.

That's the office located at 4200 Capitola Road.

Luckily, the DMV says most customers can handle their business online.

If they do need to go in person, customers can visit the offices in Watsonville, Los Gatos, Salinas, or Seaside.

The DMV says the Capitola DMV will be getting a fresh coat of paint, as well as new flooring and furniture.

It's expected to reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, August 25th.
