Marina man arrested for credit card fraud

MARINA, Calif. (KION-TV) -- A man was arrested for purchasing items with a stolen credit card in Marina on Tuesday.

51-year-old Julio Ojeda was discovered to have made fraudulent charges after Marina Police were contacted by Best Buy employees in the Dunes Shopping Center around 2:30 p.m. He was one of the three suspects employees identified.

Officers headed to the shopping center finding Ojeda with purchases from Kohl's while searching the area for the other two suspects. They were not found at the time of the search.

After investigating the credit card transactions, they found that the owner of the credit card had lost their wallet in Monterey earlier in the day. Ojeda was arrested on multiple charges including fraudulent use of a credit card.
