Seaside Police seek car thievery suspects

SEASIDE, Calif. (KION-TV) -- Seaside Police say that they're seeing more vehicle break-ins and stolen automobiles throughout the city.

Investigators said that they think suspect(s) may be using an electronic skimmer device to unlock car doors and then get inside.

Now, police are turning to the public asking for reports of any suspicious characters, especially at night, or if the community sees anyone trying to open car doors throughout the city.
