CDC: At least four people quarantined at Travis Air Force Base show possible symptoms of coronavirus
TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE (CBS13 and KION) At least four people evacuated from China who were quarantined at Travis Air Force Base are "symptomatic" and have been taken to local hospitals, the CDC tells the CBS affiliate in Sacramento.
The CDC said the people have not been officially diagnosed with coronavirus. They are being held in isolation at local hospitals.
According to CBS affiliate KOVR, one of them arrived at Travis AFB on the first evacuation flight Wednesday, and the others arrived early Friday morning.
There are currently 234 people quarantined in a hotel on the base for two weeks.
