Enrique Dolmo Jr.

Statement:

• My name is Enrique Dolmo Jr, and I hope to win your vote for Capitola City Council. I have been a dedicated member of the Capitola community for 14 years and I am ready to help take this city to the next level. I have worked at NBMS for 10 years as Athletic Director, Campus Security, Transportation Operator and Head Coach, and I have been part of numerous projects including a community open gym, rebuilding our school field, and a member of our Racial Justice Task Force.
• Our Athletic Program is the premier Middle School program in the county due to my hard work and keen leadership. I serve as CSEA Union President where I reworked labor contracts, secured better working conditions and terms for my members, and helped to win the largest raise in our union’s history. Because of my efforts, I was awarded the CSEA Rising Star award.
• I also serve on the Capitola Police chief advisory board and on the board for CKC. I can bring my skills, leadership experience, positive energy, and new ideas to the Capitola City Council in order improve the city of Capitola and the lives of the people who live here.
