One person injured in Watsonville shooting, police say

WATSONVILLE, Calif. (KION-TV)- Watsonville Police confirmed that one person was injured in a shooting that took place on Tuesday night.

Officers responded to shots fired around 10:45 p.m. on the 0 to 100 block of Crescent Drive.

Officers located one person who was shot. Watsonville Police said the person is expected to be okay.

KION asked Watsonville Police if there were any arrests made or if any suspect information will be released.

Watsonville Police said that this is an ongoing investigation and that no more information will be released but at this time there is no danger to the public.
