CHP Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KION) The CHP is reminding drivers about the dangers of speeding in foggy conditions after a crash in the Fresno area.

Tuesday morning, officers responded to a crash involving a car and a big rig, and they said speed and reduced visibility from fog were factors in the crash.

The driver of the car had non-life threatening injuries and was able to walk away from it.

The CHP said drivers should slow down, turn low-beam lights on and limit distractions while driving in fog.
