Community group leads to Stanislaus County man getting arrested for allegedly soliciting sex acts, police say

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION-TV)- On Monday night, a Stanislaus County man was arrested on multiple charges after he allegedly solicited sex acts in an undercover sting per Santa Cruz Police.

Santa Cruz Police confirmed with KION that 40-year-old Kirill Viktorovich Neledva was booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail on multiple charges including soliciting sex acts, contacting a minor with sexual intent and distribution of lewd material to a minor.

Police said they received a tip from Child Safety Soldiers which is a non-profit organization that helps in undercover sting operations. Coyle started the organization because a predator was interacting inappropriately online with his then 11-year-old daughter in 2017.

Coyle posted a video of Neledva's arrest on social media.

Santa Cruz Deputy Chief Jon Bush told KION that the department with Coyle and his associates before arresting Nelveda on Monday night.

Coyle said that his associates identified as "J-Dog," and "Dozer," presented investigators with an exchange of inappropriate messages that J-Dog had with Neledva over the past three months.

Neledva appeared in Santa Cruz County Superior Court where pleaded not guilty to all charges. He will be in court on June 17. He still remains in custody according to the Santa Cruz County Superior Court.
