COVID-19 pop-up testing coming to King City

Pop-up COVID-19 testing site coming to King City

KING CITY, Calif. (KION-TV) -- The effort to get Monterey County residents tested for COVID-19 is expanding with pop-up testing sites, including one scheduled for King City this week.

The latest pop-up testing site will be at the King City Recreation Center on Thursday, July 9 at 10 a.m. and will be available to the first 100 people.

COVID-19 testing will be conducted in a drive-thru style.

This is one of multiple pop-up testing sites that have appeared in Monterey County over recent weeks.

Previous sites include ones in Seaside and Chualar.
