Armed Robbery Outside Watsonville
The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office says an armed robbery happened on Wednesday night on the 500 block of Casserly Road. 3 masked suspects reportedly entered a store around 7:30pm, holding an employee at gunpoint while stealing alcohol and an undisclosed amount of cash.
The Sheriff's Office says that the suspects fled the scene in a light colored SUV, heading towards Mount Madonna Road. No injuries were reported.
